 When a building is required to be demolished in its entirety, we will remove all the hazardous material such as asbestos and lead including all the building improvements and in most cases  recycling of materials.   The entire project will be completed by Nielsen Environmental and will be completed on or ahead of schedule in the safest and most efficient manner.

Demolition: The owner should conduct an asbestos survey from a third party prior to getting bids for demolition. All surveys must be conducted by an AHERA-certified building inspector or Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC). AHERA stands for Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act.
